At Lasssie Pet Grooming , we strive to provide a safe , calm, and personalized grooming experience for every pet. To help you plan your day and understand our procedures, please review the following information:
Appointment Duration: 2 to 5 hours
We book by appointment windows rather than a set " finish time" because the duration of a groom can vary widely.Several factors influence the time required for a quality, stress-free groom
Pet Behavior Temperament:
Pets that are nervous, highly energetic require extra patience, breaks, and gentle handling to ensure a positive experience and teh safety of both the pet and our groomers.
Coat condition:
Dogs with matted , very thick, or long coats require significant additional time for bathing, drying and precise styling.
Detailed Styling:
Specific, intricate haircut request take longer than simple bath and brush services.
Our primary goal is your pet's comfort and safety, which means we work st their pace, not against the lock.
Prioritizing Safety over Speed:
we never rush through a groom.

Our Pick up Notification system:
we do not want your pet waitinf around ina kennel any oonger than neccessary, and we apprecaite your prompt arrival once they are ready.
We text you when ready:
you will receive a text message notification as soon as your pet's grooming is complete and they are ready for pick up. This system gives you flexibility in your schedule while ensuring your pet doesn't have a long stay after their service.
Please Plan Accordingly:
Please plan to pick up your pet within a specific time frame ex: 30-60 minutes after receiving our test notification.
Ensuring the correct information:
Please ensure we have your correct, current mobile phone number on file so you receive these important updates.

If you are unhappy with the grooming results, please let us know before leaving the salon. We will do our best to make reasonable adjustments on the same day. Once th epet leaves our facility, the grooming service is considered accepted.
Due to the nature of our services, all grooming fees are non-refundable. Once a grooming service has been completed, payment is final.
