Health & Safety Protocols

To ensure a safe environment for all pets and staff, please review our requirements:

💉 Mandatory Vaccinations

Proof of up-to-date vaccinations is required 48 hours before your visit:

  • Dogs: Rabies (4+ months), DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), and Bordetella.

  • Cats: Rabies (4+ months) and FVRCP (Feline Distemper).

🐕 Safe Arrival

  • Dogs must be on a leash at all times for their safety and others.

  • Cats must be in a secure carrier to provide a "safe space" and prevent escapes.

🌳 Potty Policy

Please walk your pet immediately before drop-off.

  • Hazard Fee ($10+): Applied for excessive accidents requiring salon sanitization.

  • Re-Bathing Fee: Applied if a pet soils themselves after their bath.

🧼 Cleanliness & Hygiene

  • Hospital-Grade Sanitation: All tools and tables are disinfected between every pet.

  • Flea-Free Zone: If fleas are found, a mandatory Flea Bath ($ Varies) will be administered immediately to protect all salon guests.
