To ensure a safe, stress-free, and professional environment for all our furry guests, please review our salon policies below.

🐾 A Note for Our Vocal Guests

For dogs that tend to be particularly vocal or prone to excessive barking, we recommend scheduling appointments between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM. This early window provides a quieter environment to help reduce your pet's stress. Please call us to coordinate these specific needs!

💳 Deposits & Cancellations

  • Secure Your Spot: A deposit is required to book your appointment. This amount is applied toward your final balance on the day of service.

  • Rescheduling: Deposits are transferable if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or late cancellations.

⏰ Punctuality & Timing

  • Late Policy: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

  • Appointment Duration: Grooms typically take 2 to 4 hours. Because we prioritize a quality, stress-free experience, we book by "appointment windows" rather than a set finish time.

  • We Text When Ready: You will receive a text notification as soon as your pet is finished. This ensures your pet doesn’t have an unnecessarily long stay after their service.

🚗 Pick-Up Policy

To keep our salon spacious and calm for all guests, please pick up your pet promptly.

  • Grace Period: The first 60 minutes after our "Ready for Pick-Up" text is complimentary.

  • Extended Stay: After 60 minutes, a boarding fee of $10 per 20-minute increment will apply.

✅ No-Refund Policy

We are committed to professional excellence. Please note the following regarding payments:

  1. All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of grooming services, all fees are non-refundable once the service is complete.

  2. Service Satisfaction: If you are unhappy with the results, please let us know before leaving the salon. We will gladly make reasonable adjustments on the spot. Once your pet leaves our facility, the service is considered accepted.
